Anthem History

In the early 1970's, Jeffrey Beck left the Trammell Crow Company to start his own multifamily investment firm, Beck Properties. Using all of his savings, Jeff made his first acquisition from Frankfurt Properties, a prominent development company led at the time by David Frankfurt. Afterwards, David and Jeff formed a friendship and David mentored Jeff on how to develop, construct, and manage multifamily properties.

Nearly 50 years later, after a decade of working at Frankfurt Properties, David's Grandson, Ross, ventured out to co-found Anthem Development with a close friend. The first person Ross called for advice was his friend and mentor, Jeffrey Beck. Coincidentally, Jeff was in the process of forming a new multifamily development company with his son Scott. Thus, the destined partnership of Anthem Development and Beck Ventures was formed.

Anthem Development, A Beck Ventures Company, combines the multigenerational legacies of two families with decades of experience in development. Leveraging the experience of Beck Ventures, the developers of The Town of Trophy Club and Dallas Midtown, and founders of Capital Senior Living (NYSE:CSU) and United Texas Bank, Anthem Development seeks to build on the legacies set before it.
