In 1978, Jeffrey Beck left his prominent position at the Trammell Crow Company, to establish Beck Properties with unwavering determination. His first acquisition was an asset developed by Frankfurt Properties, then led by the visionary David Frankfurt. This marked the inception of a lifelong connection, where mentorship and friendship thrived.

Fast forward to 2020, where Ross Frankfurt and Will McNutt laid the cornerstone of Anthem Development, driven by a shared vision and combined experience. Drawing from the wealth of expertise that cultivated iconic projects like The Town of Trophy Club and Dallas Midtown, as well as Capital Senior Living (NYSE:CSU) and United Texas Bank, Ross then sought counsel from his grandfather's trusted friend. Today, Anthem Development is a proud partner of Beck Ventures, now a tapestry woven from the multigenerational legacies of families with deep roots in development. Anthem is poised to elevate these enduring legacies.
