Rhonda David, Area Property Manager

With over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial property management, Rhonda serves as Anthem's Area Property Manager. In her role, Rhonda oversees the daily operations of Anthem's portfolio which includes residential, commercial and retail property.

Throughout her career Rhonda has worked at firms such as Greystar, The Finger Companies, Frankfurt Properties, Rockwood Capital, and Summit Group. 

Rhonda is a licensed Certified Apartment Manager and National Apartment Leasing Professional and received degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Northwestern State University.
