Ross Frankfurt, Co-Founder & CEO

With over 15 years of experience in the multifamily development industry, Ross is the Co-Founder and CEO of Anthem Development. A native to Dallas, Ross graduated from Southern Methodist University with dual degrees in both Real Estate Finance and Economics. 

Ross immediately went to go to work for his family's nearly 100 year old multifamily development firm, Frankfurt Properties. The fourth generation to work at Frankfurt Properties, Ross grew the company from 4 full time employees to over 20 and over $200 million in AUM.

Ross has directed the financing, development, construction, and management of nearly 3,000 apartment units. He has led the procurement of over $400 million of equity and debt financing and has managed over $300 million of construction. At Anthem, Ross leads the company's development, construction and management. Ross is also an active member of the DFW Chapter of YPO.
