Ross Frankfurt, Co-Founder & CEO

With over 15 years of experience in the multifamily development industry, Ross is the Co-Founder and CEO of Anthem Development. A native to Dallas, Ross graduated from Southern Methodist University with dual degrees in both Real Estate Finance and Economics. 

Ross immediately went to go to work for his family's nearly 100 year old multifamily development firm, Frankfurt Properties. The fourth generation to work at Frankfurt Properties, Ross grew the company from 4 full time employees to over 20 and over $200million in AUM.

Ross has directed the financing, development, construction, and management of nearly 3,000 apartment units representing nearly $1billion of market value and has overseen over $500million of construction activity. At Anthem, Ross leads the company's development, construction and management. Ross is also an active member of the DFW Chapter of YPO.
