Sarah Kai Bayhi, Senior Development Associate

Sarah Kai Bayhi serves as a Senior Development Associate at Anthem Development. Sarah Kai attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where she was a college athlete playing on the Women's soccer team serving as a captain for two years.

Sarah Kai then went to work for Embrey Partners as a senior financial analyst ultimately serving as an investor relations associate. In addition to her roles at Embrey, Sarah Kai has also worked at real estate firms including Rialto Capital and Harwood International.

In her role at Anthem, Sarah Kai is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, performing site due diligence, as well as managing zoning and entitlement efforts for new development opportunities.
