William McNutt, JD, Co-Founder & President

William McNutt is the Co-Founder and President of Anthem Development where he runs operations for the firm. Formerly, he was the in-house counsel for multiple real estate and investment groups, including InvestRes and Rex Real Estate, overseeing more than $1.5 billion in AUM.

At Anthem, Will is responsible for corporate strategy, contract negotiations, complex real estate transactions, fund management, as well as corporate risk and compliance.

Will also serves as a Senior Advisor (SGE) for Capital Markets to the Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) at the U.S. Department of War. He previously served as a reserve JAG officer for the Texas Military Department (TXSG) for over a decade and was an honors graduate of the Texas A&M School of Law.
